Vendors for Feb 21st Market

There are only TWO weeks left of the Chelmsford Agway Winter Farmers Market! If you have been thinking this is the year to eat healthier, then this is the week you cannot miss! We will have Terry Walters with her new book "Eat Clean Live Well" in the market from 10:00-2:00 for a book signing and samples of her recipes. At 12:00 there will be a free cooking demo by Chef Chris Avtges, a contestant from the Food Network show "Chopped". He will be making grilled scallops with feta & yogurt, a winter slaw and poached Asian pears with flavored whipped cream. Full details are in the post below. ****WE HAVE HAD A LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PLANS: CHEF CHRIS AVTGES WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND TOMORROW - BUT HE HAS RESCHEDULED HIS COOKING DEMO FOR NEXT SATURDAY, FEB 28TH AT 12:00.****
