Annie Cronin of Annie's Gluten Free Bakery will be presenting a free seminar at 10:00AM (Almost) Everything You Want To Know About A Gluten-Free Diet.  Annie will discuss what 'gluten-free' is, what foods contain gluten, which foods have hidden gluten, how to cook & bake gluten-free, restaurant and store recommendations, and best of all - free samples!

We will have a special guest at our market from 1:00 - 2:00.  Kenny, who will be dressed in a new, snazzy sweater, will be mingling with the crowd as he completes one of the items from his bucket list (visiting Chelmsford Agway Farmers Market). So please be sure to give Kenny a warm welcome while you are here - and consider adopting him from the Lowell Humane Society.
