January 26th Vendors

It's hard to believe, but there are only FIVE farmers markets left this season! If you haven't made it here yet, you've been missing out! If you've already been here, you should come back, because we still have some more new vendors that will be coming these final weeks. 
National Sharpening Co. will be returning February 2, February 16 and February 23. You can have your knives & scissors sharpened while you shop the market.

Neighbor's Acre Farm - live microgreens: fresh smoothie mix-ins, micro pesto kits, salad mixes and more
Totally Nutz - fresh roasted cinnamon glazed almonds, cashews and pecans
Cooking Buckets Sugarhouse - pure maple syrup, maple sugar and maple products
K's Kitch'n - pickles: bread & butter, wasabi ginger & sriracha. sauces: sriracha, sweet chili garlic and chili garlic. Mary Mud: everything that goes into a Bloody Mary except the vodka and tomato juice.
You Love Bakery - Greek specialties - spanakopites, tyropites, bourekia, baklava, kourambiedes, koulourakia, melomakarona, stuffed grapevine leaves, tzatziki sauce, hummus and more!
Empanada Dada - empanadas (beef, chicken, pork, spinach, guava & cream cheese) and Cuban sandwiches 
Patty's Guacamole - Guacamole made fresh while you wait from their delicious secret recipe as well as fresh salsa
Jones Farm - kale, spinach, salad mix, brussel sprouts, carrots, potatoes, apples, cheese, butter, cider & eggs. 
Lyn-Dell Farm - all natural beef raised grazing on their own fields, pork and chicken. No antibiotics, hormones or implants.
Muddy Water Coffee Roasters - freshly roasted coffee by the bag and delicious fresh brewed coffee by the cup - don't miss their new spot this year - they will be parked in their food truck outside by the front door

The "Intro to Beekeeping" seminar was a great success. Steve Agostino did a great job explaining everything involved in beekeeping for beginners. There was plenty of delicious food and shopping before the snow and cold weather moved in.

He will provide you with the information you need to get started with your own beehive - and will be available for questions.

Market Vendors January 12, 2019

This week at 11:00 is our free seminar "Intro to Chicken Keeping". Come learn how to raise chickens in your backyard.  We will cover the basics of breed selection, caring for chicks and proper feeding & sheltering of your chicks to ensure you raise happy, healthy, egg producing chickens. 
Anna Portillo will again be joining our market with her beautiful harp music this Saturday for your enjoyment. She is a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist and author.

Farmers Market Vendors Jan 5th

Happy New Year to everyone! Our first market of 2019 is this Saturday, Jan 5th. Come visit the market for a hot lunch, some wonderful shopping and fresh produce, fish & seafood, beef, pork and plenty more! 
Make sure to bring the kids this week because Yarrow the Balloon Man will be here again this week!
